We walk through your space with a handheld scanner. Usually under an hour.

How long until it's live?Days.

One visit: a short walk-through with a handheld scanner, usually under an hour on site. Then days, not weeks, before one line of HTML goes on your page.

What if we stop paying?It stays live for 90 days.

The retainer is rolling monthly, cancel anytime. Your tour does not vanish: it stays live as a static tour for 90 days, then it's archived, never deleted. No reactivation fee, ever.

Can we own the tour outright?Yes, from month 12.

Yes. From month 12, buy it out for 12 months of the retainer at list, founding clients too. The static tour stays hosted free forever, and you get your files.

What if the space changes?A free rescan every year.

Once a year we come back and rescan, travel included, doing up to six spaces in that visit. After that, a rescan is half the band.

How is this different from Matterport?Fully walkable, advanced data.
